Bedtimes

We have three kids 9, 8, 4. My youngest two have autism. My youngest severely so. I'm a sahm not through choice as my youngest two couldn't do any childcare. My dh leaves about half seven. Could leave earlier but he's too busy faffing around. Tonight he's gone straight from work to a hobby again. He's barely ever home for bedtime in the week. Four year old is trashing her room unless I sit in with her.

AIBU to ask my dh to start doing bedtime on his own sometimes. He was out for pleasure twice last week. And no doubt he'll skip bedtime despite me asking if he can make it home at least once a week to help.

I'm shattered as my youngest is non verbal and has a lot of meltdowns. I've been up with her since 3am and I'm exhausted.

It's darts. Not remotely interesting. But he enjoys it. But like tonight has been horrific. I'm into hour two and no one is asleep. And he's out throwing arrows at a little boarded he plays in a league despite knowing I've had an awful day.

He is BU. Have you discussed his behaviour with him?
