I'm aware I might be preaching to the choir but then it is scary how many people don't know their status on the electoral role even if they aren't first time voters.

Whatever happens in this election VOTE! since that is the best way to show your feelings on who gets in. Please don't be one of the millions saying 'its only one vote I won't bother'. Voting is your public duty in a functional democracy. You cannot have a functional democracy if you don't participate and do your due diligence over who runs the country.

So please register and VOTE!

Please check that you ARE eligble to vote -there are many people who have assumed so - but aren't.

Remember it isn't the turkey's voting for Christmas - the turkeys don't vote at all.
