DH picked a shirt from my Next catalogue and I went to pick it up for him. He was at work. So I sent him a picture and said I'd picked up his little shirt (it was for a night out). His mate saw the message and laughed at him and later on sent him a photo of the shirt we was wearing for the night out and said "here is my little tattoo showing shirt".

DH says I've made him a laughing stock but the Dawn doctor often picks up clothes etc for her DH and he doesn't react like this.

This is like a conversation in a nursing home. 😂

OP, as a PP said, your OH is being very thinned skin. It's just teasing from his mate, banter, etc. Him going off at you is totally out of proportion so he sounds like he's being a dick tbh.

I bought DH some jeans that I thought looked good and a bit different. He wore them and via people we saw that day, a photo of him in said jeans ended up on fb with DH tagged. Turns out DH's workmates don't agree with my taste in men's jeans and they ribbed him about it a lot. But DH isn't pathetic so he took it on the chin and ribbed them back about their own fashion choices. That's how banter between mates works, nobody actually means any offense by it. Oh, and he definitely didn't blame me for it.

The dawn doctor thing is just confusing though.

Well the Dawn doctor for the last few weeks over here is called Claire. But she doesn't look anything like Dawn!
