Ooh sounds like a fabulous night drinkswine and both needed and deserved, good for you! V jealous about the shape throwing, love a good dance in a fab club. Sadly most of my friends have moved on from those days and it's getting harder to find any that will stay out dancing with me!

....I was at the bar once and this gorgeous man was being served. I complimented him on his beautiful accent. He asked 'have you got any Irish in you?'. When I said no, he cheekily replied 'would you like some?'. It made me laugh. We were together for 7 years after that!

The Handmaid's Tale is one of my favourite books. Recording the series.

Father Ted is brilliant. I love it.

I can't have more wine as I'm on a diet. Got another 4ish stone to lose so I have to ration myself.

Oh...'m going to feel daft now but here we go:

Our band was booked to play at a private party. The drummer announced that he'd cleared it with the hosts and his sister was visiting from London with her friend, so they were welcome to come to the party. And what a party it turned out to be! During a break, drummer introduces us to his sister who, in turn, introduces her friend, Durga. Only Durga Mcbroom, backing singer for one of the greatest bands in the world, Pink Floyd!! All Floyd fans will appreciate that you have to be spectacularly good to be a backing singer for them!!

....could ramble on for hours about it, but I can boast that I sang Great Gig in the Sky with Durga Mcbroom from Pink Floyd! Totally surreal. Mind blowing doesn't do it justice. Plus, she was a total sweetheart!

Ok, I am going to be absolutely honest and say I have no idea who she is, what the song is, don't really know much about Pink Floyd either....BUT that doesn't mean it wasn't awesome and clearly it was and is something that has given you a fabulous memory so that's fantastic
