I'm a long time browser, lurker on here, plucked up the courage to post my question!

I totally understand some threads need to be deleted as they are obviously trolls looking for a reaction, my concern is that sometimes people are actually genuine and having a post deleted may be a huge knock to them, so far as in they may not seek help elsewhere?

MNHQ investigate and delete if they feel it necessary. MNHQ have ways to establish who is genuine and who isn't. They obviously don't share those ways.

I agree. But understand why things are taken down so quickly.
I was desperate to check back on a thread yesterday and was gutted it had been deleted! Over invested
