To ask for 'cheap' perfume rev commendations!

Hi All

I've run out of perfume and am looking for a relatively 'cheap' option until my birthday when I can get something a bit nicer, budget is around £20/£25 I prefer floral/fresh types rather than anything heavy/musky

What do you wear/recommend?

I use the Lidl Madame Glamour called Suddenly. £2.99 a bottle id it's on offer. Gets lots of compliments.

I wear Sex in the City LOVE (pink bottle) which is £2.99 in B&M. Really fresh - good everyday scent.

I bought it as a stopgap at £6.99 but it's even cheaper now

Britney Spears Fantasy is really very nice.

My colleague was wearing a new look one yesterday and it smelt lovely. Really fresh.

I wear Narcisse by Chloe. It's floral, not expensive and lasts really well. I find Sunflowers wears off really quickly.

SJP NYC - about £15 and very light and floral/fruity

Next define and next pink are my favourites.

Jlo glow is nice.

Can't beat M&S perfumes, cheap as and usually smell similar to those posh brands!

Azure Breeze from M&S - very light and summery. £16.00 for 100ml.

I use burberry weekend, the 100ml of that is always £19ish in boots

M&S Island Escape - fresh summery scent

L'occitane cherry blossom, it's a gel in a tube so you can take it everywhere

M& s also do some lovely unusual perfumes at good prices Fragonard Pivoine Eau de Toilette new for this season beautiful. They also do nuxe sun delicious fragrant water - this smells of summer and holidays.

Yes Tower - Burberry weekend

Cool Water by Davidoff is pretty good. Can get it for a tenner sometimes from Perfume Shop

Fragonard (M&S) are lovely. Their perfumery in Grasse is a good visit too if you ever happen to be in Provence.

I know it's got a very 90s image, but I LOVE cK One - so fresh and clean but sexy too. You can find it online well under £20.
Another discovery of mine is Tocade by Rochas - I have no idea why this isn't better known. It's a simple vanilla rose combo, but so much more than that. Only seems to be available online, around the £30 mark. Very highly rated by perfume gurus like Luca Turin and Tania Sanchez, if that kind of thing matters to you.

Oh, and if you can find it cheaply like runlogan said, I second cool water by davidoff. I'd actually say get the men's rather than the women's, it's got this lovely oceanic freshness to it that's actually so sexy and unusual when worn by a woman, I think. The woman's one is just blah.

Rhw for M&S or L'Occitane cerise are my faves

Seconding M&S also there's a couple of nice Next ones.

BUT. If you haven't long to wait till your birthday and you like posh perfume, then both L'Occitaine and Penhaligon's do small roller balls for much cheaper than a full bottle - I think about £10 for L'Occitaine and £20 for Penhaligon's. Not exactly what I'd call value for money but vrai naice.
