No way, 'bu' does not make an elongated 'boo' sound.

Abu is usually pronounced "ahboo"

Aim is usually pronounce "aym"

Therefore, aibu is "ayboo"

Ebu is an actual word pronounced 'eh-bu', which may have swayed me.
