To think that this is one of the weirdest things I have ever seen....

I have used this company quite a lot when DS was younger to get sleeping bags, comforters etc. He's too old for it now, but I've never got round to taking myself off their mailing list. So an email arrived this morning showing this......I was like WTAF!!

Do people really want to wear a matching sleeping bag to their baby??? I just can't get over the weirdness of it, or is it just me??!!

For info, it's an adult sleeping bag with feet stars, and it's from £40 Hmm

Grim Confused

I mean it's definitely not attractive but fab for bed sharing. Gets rid of the worry about blankets/duvets on the bed.

FannyWisdom · 08/05/2017 16:09

I'm wearing something similar myself....

Looks like something off an adult baby fetish site!!
(what I would imagine anyway!!)

dodi1978 · 08/05/2017 16:16

I always wanted an adult sleeping bag! My DC just look toooo comfy in theirs!

doodlejump1980 · 08/05/2017 16:16

Is that from Slumbersac?

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 08/05/2017 16:19

It's utterly hideous, but I get very cold and could really do with one of those.
Maybe in black so it's slimming Hmm

Huldra · 08/05/2017 16:24

Horrible but the worse thing is the feet! It's annoying to see bare feet sticking out, a Selk Bag is much better Grin

Blimey, no good for a midnight or two o'clock wee though!

CricketRuntAndRashers · 08/05/2017 16:30

It does look awful. But it must be very comfortable...?

justkeepswimmingg · 08/05/2017 16:30

Wasn't this posted online on April fools day? I'm sure it was. Although for parents who co sleep, and would rather not use a duvet, it's not an awful idea.

WorraLiberty · 08/05/2017 16:31

Blimey, talk about a passion killer.

That child was obviously conceived before she purchased that.

OlennasWimple · 08/05/2017 16:34

It's the obvious next step along from a slanket

I need this - DH is always pulling the duvet off me in the middle of the night.

ophiotaurus · 08/05/2017 16:45

But your feet would be freezing Confused

itsgoodtobehome · 08/05/2017 16:46

doodle - yes it's Slumbersac
justmadeperfectflapjacks - that's exactly what I thought!

Oh, I wonder if it is an April Fool? I only got the email this morning though, so they are a bit late if it is. According to the email: "many parents have asked us if we could design an adult version of our sleeping bags". I would love to know who those parents are Grin

Ha, I saw that advertised on FB the other day. Asked DH if he wanted me to get him and baby DD one. The answer was a not so polite 'no' Grin

I think it's a great idea! Better than a dressing gown! Pop your feet through when you have to go to the kitchen for a cuppa and you can tuck them in when lounging so you don't get cold!
