To take DS to GP tomorrow?

My 3 month old son hasnt had a dirty nappy for 3 days. Very unusual for him, he usually goes at least once a day. A quick google search tells me this is normal for breastfed babies, however he's formula fed.

He seems to be in a lot of pain in his tummy, does this warrant a trip to the GP tomorrow if he's still not had a dirty nappy?

Before having kids you could never believe how excited you could get by this bodily function.
My 2 yr old with special needs can have terrible trouble and be v grumpy for a couple of days before finally going despite medication .
My husband and i are regularly announcing the event with great shouts of joy and relief despite the resulting devastation.
Anyone around at the time tend to think we are mad !!

Ah that's great op, glad he's ok, we had the same problem with our ds, you can get a tub of glucose powder from the chemist, in case it happens again. I only ever had to use it once, a scoop in with his formula and away he went. It was epic!
