To think if May was a man they wouldn't be calling her delusional

I'm becoming increasingly uncomfortable with some of the adjectives being thrown at TM at present. Delusional, a fantasist ...etc etc. If she were a male PM would the likes of a Juncker (who I read is pretty much accepted to be mysoginist) be talking in this way? I know politics can involve name throwing but it's starting to smell a bit to me ....... she has a different viewpoint - Come on love, you're delusional ......

I don't think she's delusional. I think she's consciously putting Tory Party interests in the forthcoming General Election ahead of the national interest of getting a decent Brexit deal. In other words, acting tough to get favourable UK tabloid headlines even though this will damage the process of negotiation in the much longer term.

It's one of the most breathtakingly cynical political moves I have seen in my lifetime.

Absolutely - and fuck the rest of us, so long as she and her cronies keep their places at the top table. I loathe her, and everything she stands for, more and more with every day that passes.

As Jeremy Corbyn said in his speech to young voters from Whitehall, I think it was, at the weekend, the tories don't have to worry if the Brexit negotiations go badly, as they will have safety nets if things go wrong. If you are an ordinary person with no safety net then the future of the UK under this tory government is very scary.

Look at David Cameron, he is the PM who let us leave Europe and he left and at the weekend he bought himself a new garden shed worth £25,000. Does anyone believe him or his family will suffer if these negotiations go badly??

Its scandalous and the low waged voters who believe Theresa May will bring us the England they remember from their youth are living in cloud cuckoo land.
