So heart warming to know that the UK was the launchpad for this epic convoy, delivering over 80 ambulances and medical equipment to Bulgaria which will be then transported to Syria. Grin

I just watched that! It looked amazing. I wonder what all the other road users thought, so many ambulances, it must have been worrying to see them all driving somewhere if you didnt know what they were doing.

That is lovely, OP :) aw I've gone all warm and fuzzy Grin

The ambulances has stickers on them to advertise the charities that were involved, they're currently driving through Switzerland. It's nice to have the UK involved in something good for a change

The bullet hole in the seat of the ambulance in Syria was chilling.

That brought on my allergies a bit.

Mrs. A - don't understand "something good". UK is always donating money overseas! When tragedy strikes we send in rescue teams and masses of help.

MrsA2015 · 25/04/2017 21:31

I said "Something good" because recently it's all been quite negative with regards to the UK in genreal.

I thought it was lovely too.

Point taken, Mrs A. Horrible happenings in Britain and the continent. Hope we have better things to come.

Thanks for sharing this, I may have something in my eye....

To be fair it's the 'largest ever convoy of ambulances from the UK to Syria', so of course it's leaving from the UK!

Well done to those involved though Smile
