My mum is very generous but has a bit of a fixation on giving 'things' as gifts. She's asked me for suggestions for a gift for dd's 2nd birthday and I'm stumped.

Vouchers for a class / group / activity or entrance or membership for an attraction are not acceptable options, sadly.

Any suggestions please? Preferably nothing too big and bulky.

Mine both loved Melissa and Doug wooden play food.

Small and all the buckles and flaps keep toddlers busy for ages. You can get other designs like lions and caterpillars. It's always a hit!

What about stamps /art and craft materials?

Scotinoz · 21/04/2017 21:20

We have a Melissa and Doug sandwich making making set, but it's felt rather than wooden like the first link. The pitta pocket and bacon are very popular!
