9 McDonald's Monopoly codes and not one win! Is it a con?!

How do you win? You type code in to the website, something spins, you move across the board then it says sorry.

Has anyone ever won anything but food/drink from this?

AIBU to think the codes are bullshit?

My DH won £1000 last year on the Maccy D's codes.
It's no con.

Never won on the codes. And last year I tried the late night trick and nothing.

I want prizes dammit!

scaryclown I remember that promotion, I think it was a scratchcard you got rather than the stickers on the cups etc. At school we were jealous of the kids that got the train to/from school as they passed McDonalds and came in clutching their scratchcards! My friend was winning things like apple pies and hamburgers on a daily basis.

melfish sounds right! in fact I have a vague memory of a guy going into macdonalds with an empty cup and asking for scratchcards without buying anything..

Took the kids at the weekend. Won 2 apple pies. except they'd run out of Apple pies

Last year I won speakers. My bought her friends dd a McDonald's, she won an Xbox and her mum kept it even though my friends dc didn't own one.

I've not been back yet. Might go tomorrow and then wait til late to enter codes

I remember the 90's one too. There was a general knowledge question and if you scratched off the right answer you won. Never had as many McDonald's.
