'Sold vastly over asking price'

AIBU to think that writing 'sold vastly over asking price' on Rightmove isn't something that will help the agents future sales?

Surely it says that A, the agent undervalues properties, or at the very least fail to acknowledge the popularity of the area and B, why bother making offers unless you can afford to pay well above the asking price.

I think the underlying message here is that using a High Street estate agent is beneficial compared to selling it yourself using a very cheap online estate agent.
Having used the latter, I'll never be using a High St estate agent again!

What's wrong with Southville Confused?

HomityBabbityPie · 19/04/2017 12:41

yes but I was merely point out 450 is not an unrealistic budget for London, it just depends where you look.

I like Southville, it's not horrible at all.
