To not buy Dd an Easter Egg?

She's had one from my mum, one from mil, one from my mums NDN, one from my sister, one from holiday club and is doing an Easter egg hunt tomorrow.

That's plenty of chocolate for an almost 6yo surely?

Tesco had completely sold out this morning.

Overheard one Dad telling his son that Mummy would much prefer a Chocolate Orange.

You're not as special as you think you are I'm afraid.

???
Are you the op's jealous sister? Grin

My mistake Ladydeadpool. You appeared at the same time another poster who disliked me just as much disappeared.

Perhaps since I annoy you so much you'd be happier avoiding my threads in future?

I haven't bought anyone an Easter egg, including my children or DH. I didn't realise it was that much of a thing TBH!
The DD's have one from my grandmother and one from my Dad. That's plenty as they're both pre school age.

Why doesn't he just get her one himself if he's that bothered. It's not a mum only job.

goose1964 · 15/04/2017 14:58

I rarely had any Easter eggs as a child, normally a book or toy instead. Never felt I was left out, your DD has plenty of eggs get her something else if you think she'll notice you've not given her anything

PointlessUsername · 15/04/2017 15:01

I would buy her a magazine or something.

I would buy her a magazine or something

But why? It sounds like she's got plenty? Why spend money on something for the sake of it?

Ecureuil

Just because i would want her to have a little something from me. Obviously not chocolate as she has loads of that.
