If you were injured and laid up in bed, and requested said sandwich for lunch, would you expect the sandwich, or a tray bearing the bread, cheese, butter dish, pickle jar and a knife?
My bed is now full, full I tell you, of sodding crumbs. I've had to drag my sorry damaged arse out of bed to bat away the crumbs. Twice. I missed some the first time.
