To report neighbours

Well I have just reported my neighbours to their landlord... They have dogs and do not pick up their mess...so the garden is covered... means I can not have kids in our garden on such a sunny day as it is stinking. There are at least 20 piles of poo next to our fence...
AIBU ? I know it is their garden but it is seriously impacting on me / our garden... the flies alone...

You can report to local council as they have people who deal with this. I think it is environmental health?

Their landlord says she will see them today and if not cleaning it up she will involve the council..am now worried they start chucking it over the fence as will be fairly clear who has complained..
