I managed to get an appointment for tomorrow ... confirmed about 2/3 weeks ago.

I got an email to say the time has now changed. Fine, it was only moved by 1 hour so I just accepted it.

She's now messaged me to say she wasn't a to change it to 9! (Originally booked for 3)

Is she taking the piss now?

She's taking the p. Appointments like this should be changed by negotiation, not dictation...

Just say no she needs to stick to 3pm. Of she argues etc just bin her off.

Is she worth keeping?

Is it 9am? I know some hairdressers work late in the evenings. Either way I would cancel unless I was desperate.
