Do I need a hug or do I need to woman up? I thought work was going badly and had some horrible feedback but actually my boss is pleased with my performance this year. Had a lovely afternoon with dc but had a terrible time getting one to bed. He's got emotional issues and we've asked for outside help but it's so hard to be called every name under the sun when all you are doing is trying to parent them.
Dh is having a rare night out and ive sent him a narky text saying about the issues in having because it's because he's not here.
I'm hungry but have no desire to make food. I'm emotionally and physically worn out .
Hug or deal with it?

(Slightly light hearted, I love my dh and dc, it's just a bit high pressured all around )
