To pay £32 for a bra for my 13 year old!

I don't actually have much choice as my large chested 13 year old is now a 28F! It's hereditary we all are large chested in our family. But she is still growing at Xmas she was a dd and bras on the high street don't go that size so off to bravissimo and 2 bras purchased. This week I noticed she is bursting out of them back to bravissimo and now a 28F! 2 bras purchased at £32 each! And they aren't attractive when you are 13 and want pretty bras your flat chested friends buy in primark! I wish I could pay primark prices.

And now getting upset about bikinis for summer as she realises all the ones she likes that her friends wear are not going to fit. She is going to have to get a (her words) horrible old lady one like you have to wear!

There is a Polish bra maker called Ewa Michalak who makes lovely bras and can do a 26 band: www.ewa-michalak.pl/eng_m_BRAS-119.html

They are not any cheaper than Bravissimo, and there is shipping too, but maybe your daughter could get a lovely bra in a 26 band made as a treat some time.

Not RTFT (sorry) but EBAY!!!!
You can get "weird" sizes cheaply

Like £10-15 each or bundles

This is a good online store lingerieoutletstore.co.uk/lingerie/bras/

I ordered through Amazon but you can go direct. Also look at next clearance

I feel your pain as I'm the other end of the spectrum with 48G boobs. Spent £150 on new bras this week and got 4!! But I know I've got no choice. Looking forward to cheaper bras when I lose weight.

dowhatnow · 06/04/2017 16:17

Found some brilliant sites thanks to you lot. Now any suggestions for dresses for bigger boobed women?

Lweji · 06/04/2017 16:28

Apart from Pepperberry? I find them a bit boring, although I bought a nice white shirt there.

www.saintbustier.com - somewhat expensive, though.

Here's a possible list:

Oops thanks to lweji post I've just spent £189 on a dress for her upcoming confirmation ( dress for me ) it was a lovely dress and I already have shoes and a bag to go with it.
