Silver Cross Wave travel system

AIBU to think this is very beautiful, well engineered, high quality but impractical? The chassis alone is over 12kg - without carrycot/seat/child. Surely that would put most people off - or am I missing something?

We ve got Silver Cross Sleepover in mulberry. Everyone told us not to get it as it's too big, too impractical, too heavy but I can honestly say I have never regretted it and would choose it again. My DD loves it, it's so comfortable and beautiful and to me it's a classic and I haven't seen anyone else with the same pram. I just had a look at the Wave and it's beautiful. I don't think it's impractical at all
