I started a new job about 5 months ago. It seemed the perfect fit for me and the jobs don't come up very often as they are quite specialised. I'm on a fixed term contract for 2 years.
They have sent me on a few free training courses that will look good on my CV and help me in the future to advance in my job and have offered to put me through a qualification free of charge which isn't cheap and I've never heard of it happening before.
However, the atmosphere in work is awful. The management team are at each others throats, three employees have left in the time I have been there due to bullying or stress
Day to day I'm doing very boring mundane tasks. It feels like I'm being dished out all the shit jobs that nobody else wants to do and want to gain experience in all areas. My managers are a bit cunty and will just be passive aggressive over it if I bring it up with them.
Would you stay? From the point of view of the training courses etc I'm going on its great but day to day I'm bored shit less.
