I'm watching an old 'Come Dine With Me' and the (male) host served his meal in what appears to be a 'first come, first served' style, as in, he served whomever was closest to him first.
A male guest repeatedly passed his meal to his female dining companion so she was served first!
This would get on my tits! Aibu!?

Christ "man portions" piss me right off. I remember as a child my grandma and mum serving up big fuck off mountains of food to the men and what was left over to the women. Like a pride of lions!!!!

Greedy fuckers.

I can't be annoyed at someone trying to be kind.

I also quite like the word 'tits'

Sorry piglet- what should I post about? 😒

Haha I never get 'woman sized' portions

Well, it gets on my TITS massively.

I have a twatty colleague that will hold the door open and simper 'ladies first' at me. Others first, you buffoon.

And we would never serve the women first in this house, just furthest away.

Maybe the OP has some tits at home who also get annoyed by CDWM behaviour.

Completely agree zhan. You can't cry for equality but expect privileges to and for men to treat you like a little flower who needs feeding first, doors holding for then and chairs pulled out. Surely thats sexist. Food gets served closest first or whatever. Doors get opened for anyone before you. It's politeness.

TheDowagerCuntess · 03/04/2017 22:54

I do serve women first, but...

Being served first means your dinner just has more time to get cold, since no-one actually starts eating until all the serving is done, and the host is ready to eat.

No benefit to it all all, unless you're the type to dig into your meal without bothering to wait for everyone else.

I don't think it's okay at all, not because I think it's "patronising" towards women, but because I think it discriminates against men. Why should anyone be first just because of their gender? There's nothing okay about it.
