I work part time and just been notified of my annual pay award.
It appears that they have confused my FTE with my pro-rata salary, meaning ive had almost a 10% payrise instead of 2% as mentioned in the letter.
I'll be talking to HR/payroll on Monday, but I'm very tempted to tell them that as its in writing, I'm expecting them to honour it. After all, the figures would have been checked and then checked again, right?!
What are the chances of them saying "Of course Hello, not a problem" ???
