Wirral gas explosion now being treated as criminal investigation.

Completely destroyed a dance studio and the young ppl left just an hour before the explosion.

All other reports I have seen say that police are investigating (as you would expect them to). Only the mirror uses the word criminal.

Terrible what happened though.
