Will impeachment work? What about a winning civil law suit against an incumbent President? How (legally, in case of doubt) can he be got rid of, asap, with as little damage done as possible to the country?

He can ban the words climate change but it's not going away.
He can threaten to sue the FAILING NYTimes for libel - but there is the internet. Maybe they should sue him for defamation, given the subscriptions are increasing.

I hope he does a press conference soon.

For me the reason the miscarriage issue shocks so much is it is the clearest example yet of the way in which this government truly views women. There is no other reason for this than enhancing the suffering of women who are already experiencing one of the most horrific events that can happen. It has no purpose other then allowing men to exercise power over women's bodies and demonstrate their ability to cause them pain. Even if the women would be physically OK carrying a dead fetus to term the psychological damage of forcing a woman to do this is truly barbaric. It is simply a form of torture, a punishment for women who these men see as having failed in their primary function of bearing children.

Right. I will stop going on about this now as it is frankly upsetting. Angry

DH has been gone for a few days which has increased my political viewing time. He gets so pissed and frustrated that we usually end up changing the channel!
