This will put me, but as a child I was terrified of fireman sam, to the extent that I would not watch TV on a Thursday because I knew it was shown that day. Even if my mum taped the kids programmes either side of it, I would not watch the tape.

To this day, I don't know why. I have no strong aversion to ginger Welsh men. I definitely don't have an aversion to firemen.

Hate fireman's Sam so bad. The accent makes me cringe. It's based in a Welsh town and they've used English actors. There's no logic. At all. Seriously no offense but it wouldn't be so bad if they could do half tidy accents but they're just naff
