Local username

Im so confused. What is this local username? Aibu in thinking that if someone saw this "local username" they would instantly no who i am. How do i delete or change this isit visible to others. OmfrigginG someone help.

Does it say something like "EdinburghJulie"?
We just see the Beeshboosh (I've probably spelt threat wrong )

I have this name for 'normal' and a different username for mumsnet local.

My local one is only visible on mumsnet local.

I have the same problem, my local username is a business I no longer work for, having moved away. Would love to know how to change it.
