I know iabu, but in my defence I've just got out of hospital after having surgery and I'm in a lot of pain and am feeling quite shit and sorry for myself and just want to get some sleep
Our neighbours in the flat upstairs play loud music on average 3-4 nights a week, usually until about 3am. It's not even good music, just repetitive noise with a really heavy bass.
So wibu to go upstairs and murder them in a really slow and painful manner? And are their any brilliant lawyers on here that could help me get off if I do

upstairs flat? Just a note of caution, when you kill them choose a method that will not involve blood dripping through your ceiling, you would not believe how many coats of magnolia I , I mean a friend, had to use in a similar scenario.

They might just fall out of their window if they playing doof doof music every night, tragic accident whilst under the influence....one stumbles and the others try to save them.....oops

Music till 3am?

Wake the bugger up at 6am , knock insistantly till they drag themselves to the door.
You've been awake all night. You need to wait till 7am to have your painkillers so the last dose is just about worn off now. You are NOT in a mood to be reasonable.
