How to get back from this

A few months into a grad scheme and went out fur drinks with other people I had joined with. Everyone got very drunk but I ended up being sick on the table/hairs in the bar we were at (luckily quite hidden away) and got taken home. I'm so embarrassed. No one senior was there, only about five of us there at end - all my peers. I have naturally apooogised but feel mortified, please help. Going to cut down on drinking obviously (it's a nerves thing and I can ordinarily hold my liquor!)

Well if everyone else was pissed too I'd just carry on as normal and don't get too worked up about it.

Don't overthink itSmile.

You will be ok. I've witnessed and caused a few regrettable drunken stories with work mates. Best to keep in mind that drinking with work colleagues is still part of work so don't go overboard.

Please apply a one drink rule to any work events - don't be that person. You will thank yourself for it after every event!

I have friends from work that I don't apply these rules to when we go out though as they are true friends.
