Sorry it's another pregnancy test one... I have never used this type of test before so.... Can anyone else see two lines or am I imagining it?

I can't. But then it won't let me zoom in. X

Purplefoxpaws · 08/03/2017 08:16

I can see 2, the dark line and a fainter line further down.

LailasMummyx · 08/03/2017 08:17

I can see two Smile xx

Notthebossofnetflicks · 08/03/2017 08:17

Oh Jesus!!!

I have a feeling the fainter blurred line people are seeing further down the stick is always present on those tests. It's where the dye gathers at the join and does not mean pregnant. Sorry but I can't see a second line where it should be placed.

Notthebossofnetflicks · 08/03/2017 08:19

Wasn't trying... One of accident, thought it would be slim to no chance. Timing not great...have two already but I feel happy!

LooksBetterWithAFilter · 08/03/2017 08:19

I can only see one sorry. The line further down isn't in the right place to be a line.

OddBoots · 08/03/2017 08:19

That looks positive to me. Is that what you were hoping?

SheSaidHeSaid · 08/03/2017 08:19

I can see two but not where you'd normally see the second on those tests. Try again tomorrow when it should be darker if posotive?

OddBoots · 08/03/2017 08:20

Cross posted. What does the packaging say about where the second line would be?

ZebraSleep · 08/03/2017 08:20

I can only see one. The bold at the top. The red at the bottom is just where the ink starts off at.
I can't see two.

Notthebossofnetflicks · 08/03/2017 08:20

Looksbetter - that's what i wasn't sure about! On the instructions it seemed to be nearer together..?? Has anyone any experience of these strip tests?

OP posts:
SparklyMagpie · 08/03/2017 08:21

I can't see a second line only where the pink dye collects at the end

ZebraSleep · 08/03/2017 08:22

Yes I used these and that's negative

19lottie82 · 08/03/2017 08:23

Those kits are really cheap and hard to read.
I suggest you get to the chemist and buy a clearblue or similar.

Cel982 · 08/03/2017 08:23

That's not a positive, it's just where the dye gathers. A second line indicating a positive test would be further up, in the same part of the strip as the control line.

SparklyMagpie · 08/03/2017 08:23

I used them when I was pregnant, the lines would be closer together.

I'm pretty darn confident it's negative OP :)

Lallypopstick · 08/03/2017 08:23

Looks negative to me. The bottom line is too far away.

SparklyMagpie · 08/03/2017 08:24

I'd suggest if you're worried trying another test

But I'd say it was negative

Good luck op

AndKnowItsSeven · 08/03/2017 08:24

Negative , that's justvthe dye collecting.

Fortheloveofdog · 08/03/2017 08:25

The dye starts there and can look red if too much urine is absorbed. Test again just to make sure, but I would count that as negative.

Notthebossofnetflicks · 08/03/2017 08:25

Will go for a better test today. I actually did the same type yesterday but there was def only one pink line.

As I said it's not great timing but I now feel gutted!!

OP posts:
AndKnowItsSeven · 08/03/2017 08:27

If you hold it in your urine too long you get that fake line. Yesterday you probably didn't hold it in for the same length of time.

NotaSnowflake · 08/03/2017 08:28

This was 10 days after I conceived. I honestly cannot see a line on yours, I'm really sorry Sad

Writerwannabe83 · 08/03/2017 08:29

That second pink line is just where the dye collects at the end of the stick. If it was a positive then the two lines would be very close together, usually about a centimetre apart.

Good luck with another test if you want a positive result but this one looks negative to me.
