What's the context regarding the risk assessment? Do you mean a work-related risk assessment, or a one that's involved with the safe guarding of a child, via Social Services perhaps?

WayfaringStranger · 04/03/2017 12:31

Totally depends on the context.

Much for detail needed here. Who is carrying out this risk assessment and for what purpose? Who is the subject of the risk assessment- are they a child or an adult? In what context were the words Eating Disorder mentioned?

yorkshapudding · 04/03/2017 12:35

Much more detail, sorry.
