ex left on 15th january, went to court february 6th to answer gos charges of assault and threats to kill where he pleaded guiltu and got a year long restraining order with the exception of entering once to collect his belongings with a police escort. that was nearly a month ago and have heard no word. at what point can i bin his stuff? its constantly worrying me when hes finally going to want it. i have no way of contacting him its just another way to control me
