Every day starts with good intentions.

Nearly every day ends with a shit load of fattening food

I have to shift 5 stone but it's not happening - I'm just getting fatter and I'm actually scared where it may end! Shock

Ruby. 5:2 is the only thing that works for me. I've tried them all! I find that it resets my approach to hunger so on non-fast days I can more clearly identify genuine hunger from bored/emotional hunger.

I can completely empathise OP. I started slimming world last week and have been doing so well but DH is out tonight and I know that's the danger zone for me because I'm a secret eater! I am so fed up of being this size but I just always cave in to my cravings.
