Hi everyone :)

Sorry this is such a long shot, but just thought I would try my luck - posting here for traffic!

I've been wanting to get tickets for a concert that the French singer Vianney's doing at the Hippodrome casino in London on 15th March.

When I looked last week, the tickets weren't sold out yet, so I stupidly thought I could leave it until later to buy tickets. Just checked the website, and unfortunately it's all sold out Sad.

Just wondering, on the completely random and unlikely off-chance that you might know someone who's got a ticket but who can no longer make it for whatever reason, if you might be interested in reselling the ticket to me please?

Thanks so much, and sorry for posing such a ridiculous AIBU! Just thought I'd try my luck :)

Check the website Scarlet Mist - someone might re-sell on there (it's an ethical re-selling site)

Ooh thanks Sugarcoma! :) If anyone else has any other ideas or suggestions, please feel free to put them on here! (Or if you've got Vianney tickets and are perhaps willing to re-sell!)

If you're on Twitter, keep an eye on Twickets, which is a site where one twitter user sells to another at face value.

PamplemousseRouge · 01/03/2017 08:22

Ooh thank you Agent! I've just posted a tweet about it as well, so fingers crossed! :)

Twickets may be worth a look and to keep an eye on they re sell face value.

Iamtheresurrection · 01/03/2017 10:04

If they have a Facebook page it would be worth asking on there as well plus maybe the venues own Twitter/Facebook.

PamplemousseRouge · 01/03/2017 11:32

Thanks so much Boul and Iam - I'll definitely keep an eye on Twitter and Facebook!

have you tried seatwave? that's the ticketmaster reselling page.

can be expensive though, I took my dad to see paul simon as a treat for his birthday and coughed up an eyewatering £200 each. when they arrived, the face value on the tickets was about £65!!!

PamplemousseRouge · 01/03/2017 11:55

Thanks Apple :) just had a look, and they don't have anything for his London concert unfortunately (but annoyingly have some advertised for all of his other European concerts!) How was Paul Simon? Hope you and your Dad enjoyed it :)
