Yeah only MN it seems, they're weird ones that keep trying to make me download something in the App Store, very strange!

That's probably one of the adverts. If you post which ad it is or which app you're being diverted to MNHQ can sort it out. You can either post in site stuff, email them or report your post. It's really annoying when it happens.

Yes, happening loads and noticed at same time that lots of words in threads have been turned into hyperlinks when I doubt it's intentional.
