It's a tiny strap that rests below her bunion/big toe joint and you'd think the shoe would just fall off as she walked....

I saw JA in a totally different light when I watched Cake. In every other film she is Rachel Green. In Cake she was amazing. Stayed with me a long time, might watch it again actually!

She's a big fan of the style, here are two other pairs she has worn before.

There's definitely a perspex L shaped section to it on top of the top strap. Even Aniston isn't that good.

In the first photo the OP posted I can see a clear 'L' shaped strap going across her foot and from her ankle to the front strap.I have eyes like a bat.

Thanks WanderingNotLust. I've never worn shoes like that and am shocked by those professing that they stay on easily. The rear heel strap looks like it wouldn't hold on at all.
