Saying "wazzy woo woo" isn't a speech impediment. It's trying to give yourself a character and making yourself sound like you're talking to one of your fifty toddlers in the process.

Me and my ex used to piss ourselves for hours at clips of Jamie Oliver being a twat.

I love Jamie, I use many of his recipes frequently and he has written some great cookery books

He tries his best I think
