Aibu to think almost midnight is a stupidly late time for children to be out playing

Theres a group of young boys I'd say from about age 13 and up outside playing football and shouting. Why can't they be quiet?

I'd go tell them to stop

I'd love to but half of them are bigger than me and I'm a wimp. I've already had things thrown at my window for no reason. I'd hate to think what they'd do if I start telling them off.
