Stinky feet!!

I am at my wits end with my feet! They stink ALL THE TIME!

They've been for a good 5 years, to the point I wear socks when I have sex! How embarrassing is that!

I took nail cuttings to docs who tested them & said there was absolutely no sign of a fungal infection even though I've had infection smelling toenails for at least 10 years now!

I've had enough, I'm honestly not coping, someone please help me!

Shoes with no socks = mega fucking gross smell. Fact.

I suffer from feet that get smeely quickly.

I always wear socks. Banboo ones are my favroate.
Wash trainers and buy new shoes frequently.
Rotate shoes - so do not wear trainers every day but have 2 or 3 pairs and wear for a day each on rotation.
Wash feet well.
Exfoliate.
For a 'quick fix' rub feet all over with the alcohol gel cleanser stuff.

Still amazed at how anybody wears only canvas shoes - to weddings/parties, in the rain/snow, winter and summer? Buy some new shoes and wear those instead.

If you think about the need to wash socks daily, then shoes which are worn barefoot probably need frequent washing too. Though I have to say my slippers don't... But then, I don't have smelly feet. Well, only with one particular pair of shoes I ended up binning much to my disgust as they were comfy and looked great.
