A&E or GP?

Started with sickness and really severe upper right abdominal pain around 2 and just getting worse. Was off food last couple of days. Should I go A&E or see if I can get in GP? Had appendix removed last year and pain is a lot higher than that.

If it's severe, do not wait. Go to A&E.

Could be reflux-related - I get it if I've been off food and often the attack comes on at precisely 2am. But obviously call 111 and get it checked out as advised. Just reassuring you that it might be nothing serious, despite the agony.

Yeah, can get in GP early this morning, 111 thought it was the best route too.
