To feel like I'm under a pile of poo

In the last 8 months the following has happened:

DH has left after declaring he no longer left me- lives in a houseshare so can't have the kids overnight, ever

Had to go into an IVA because of debts run up in my name only during marriage

Gained 2 stone

Nursery been "temporarily" closed by Ofsted due to irregularities in paperwork

My job is in jeopardy due to a downturn in business- asking for volunteers to work less hours etc

Finding it hard to see the light today just feels like it's one thing after another!

Don't know what to say but didn't want to read and run

That's a whole lot of poo. I'm so sorry it's all come at once. On the bright side, things have GOT to get better soon right?

oh you poor thing. Sometimes it all comes at once, and feels overwhelming. I would have good wail / cry and then see what you can do to try to help yourself.

So for example - although its awful that DH left you, at least now you are free to meet someone who loves and deserves you
IVA - at least you are sorting things out now - they will get better
2 stone isnt that much - honest. You could loose that in the next 8 months so its not unfixable
Im sure the Ofsted thing will get sorted soon, does this mean that you dont go in to work at the moment as its shut? If so use that time to redo your CV and send it out to recruitment people for your industry.

That is a fair amount to happen in one go, but the one constant is change - none of this is static so the individual situations will change as will your reactions and responses to them... Good Luck OP
