To ask about slow cooking lamb.

Dp is making lamb in the slow cooker. He hasn't put any liquid with it. Will it cook?

Yes, if you add extra liquid it gets very runny.

Depending on setting/ slow cooker I think it could rather get charred on the outside. It would in mine anyway.

I don't put extra liquid in the slow cooker for joints of meat and put very little in for stews etc because it doesn't evaporate out like in a pan. I love slow cooked lamb
