I had tonsilitis 2 weeks ago. Doctor prescribed antibiotics and I felt much better after a week. However last friday my sore throat returned. I have been miserable all weekend and in a lot of pain, taking ibuprofen or paracetamol every 2 hours. I am struggling with looking after the kids too. However I cant see much by way of white spots. I am bringing up yellow phlegm and tonsils look swollen.
Husband thinks I should go to pharmacy and get better pain relief. Mum thinks back to the doctors.
