AIBU or has Seasalt lost the plot?

This is in their latest catalogue. Why?

I came on here to say I have tried so hard to like Seasalt - ethics. local etc. But I really loathe their colours - dirge. Anything I buy from there I dont wear so will be stopping trying. I believe that they will no longer be in John Lewis next season so that experiment hasnt lasted long. i so hope they havent overstretched themselves.

I like the colours and the frumpy style... I like the tunics too. Their clothes last really well and are good quality. I'm under 40 too, just. Admittedly I don't care about fashion or style at all though.

I've got a Seasalt waterproof coat that I wouldn't be without. Stupid ad though.

I like the odd jute bag for stuffing car crap in.

They haven't stopped doing children's clothes, Sheltered, they just do them in adult sizes.

I like Seasalt too, I have a few of their thick cotton tunics and one of their coats which is the best coat I have ever owned.

But yes, some of the colours and patterns they use are dreadful and the cut of some garments make even the slim models look like sacks of spuds.

Brilliant warm waterproof coats, as others have said. And some good thick cotton socks.
