I suppose he might ban all Canadians. Let's face is, he looks even more shit standing next to Trudeau.

GingerIvy · 13/02/2017 13:15

There's no doubt Trudeau is easier on the eyes. I'd say he's saner, too. Always a plus. Grin

Sanction talk is missing the big picture. Flynn tapped for a reason. Boot him, POTUS will just replace w/ another conduit to Putin.

It's Monday morning. VP Pence knowingly or unknowingly lied to America about #Flynn's Russia calls. STILL no ramifications.

I think this illustrates that so many are expecting SOMETHING to happen regarding at the very least Flynn.

He may be the most obnoxious White House staffer I've seen over 5 decades. His arrogance is fully matched by his ignorance. He will fall.

I note a couple reports have stated that he used to be put on "spam" lists for his emails as people didn't want to read his emails. Grin I suspect he is not well liked.

NY Times

Three weeks into the Trump administration, council staff members get up in the morning, read President Trump’s Twitter posts and struggle to make policy to fit them.

Most are kept in the dark about what Mr. Trump tells foreign leaders in his phone calls. Some staff members have turned to encrypted communications to talk with their colleagues, after hearing that Mr. Trump’s top advisers are considering an “insider threat” program that could result in monitoring cellphones and emails for leaks.

Do you know what the rally was to protest about, Ginger?

SenecaFalls · 13/02/2017 13:57

Catching up with Miller's appearances on the Sunday public affairs shows, it struck me that Trump's administration is running out of people who can speak with any semblance of credibility because it seems they are all required to talk about so-called voter fraud. They don't seem to understand how that undermines their credibility on other issues with large swaths of the listening public.

cozietoesie · 13/02/2017 14:03

I suspect that it's actually more than the 'voter fraud' issue - it's because people are now realising that what reps/'advisers' say may bear absolutely no relation to any decisions that are finally taken.

From the article FFS!!!

Trump left the impromptu briefing room without taking questions, having delivered the first emergency foreign policy statement of his presidency,
But even as he confronted one of the gravest matters of his office, Trump nonetheless found it impossible to resist dropping in on a nearby wedding reception, already underway in his treasured Grand Ballroom. Trump designed and built the space himself after purchasing Mar-a-Lago in the 1980s.
Entering the ornate room, Trump took a photo with the bride and her bridesmaids, who posed in red gowns next to the commander in chief, mimicking his signature thumbs-up.
Then he grabbed a microphone.
"I saw them out on the lawn today," Trump said of the bride and groom, who were standing nearby. "I said to the Prime Minister of Japan, I said, 'C'mon Shinzo, let's go over and say hello.' "
"They've been members of this club for a long time," Trump said of the newlyweds. "They've paid me a fortune."

Local police official Ali Raza says Monday's blast occurred when a man on a motorcycle rammed into the crowd of hundreds of pharmacists, who were protesting new amendments to a law governing drug sales. A Taliban faction claimed the attack.

Seneca I agree. I was saying yesterday that once their credibility is shot, they're seen less and less. Patriot Barbie - practically invisible. Angry Spice - much less seen right now. Mr Personality Miller - front and centre, but already being eyed with suspicion.
