How are I devices linked

I know it's not an aibu. Just desperate for traffic. If I have an iPhone how do I know mine isn't linked up to h's so he can see what apps I'm on (i.e. This one)

I'm trying to. But I was worried how safe it is on iPhones... (yeah major paranoia!!!)

My iPhone and iPad are linked; when I'm using Safari, I can see on my iPhone the pages that are open on my iPad and vice versa (click on the little double square icon that's top right on iPad and bottom right on iPhone and you can pull up the list from the bottom.)
It does sometimes take a while for the list to update, but if you look at the list and see the name of his phone, then that will be the pages that are or have recently been open on his phone.
As far as I can see, pages that are opened using private browsing don't appear on that list, so you might want to try that (touch the double square again, touch private and then the + sign and the Search bar will turn dark grey)

Also, I can't see on my iPad any MN Pages which are open on my iPhone using the Talk app, so you might prefer to try using that. I also can't see which apps are open on each device from the other one.

However, if you download the Talk app now and your H has got automatic downloads set up on his phone and you are using the same Apple ID, it may also download on his (depending on the exact settings)
He won't be able to log in as you without your password, but if he is actively spying on you, having the app appear on his phone it might make him take a look. He would be able to see this thread in Active convos and might recognise the situation.
I think turning on private browsing on your phone is the safest way to go.

I've put it onto private.. had 2 attempts to log back in as my password is so tricky!!! Good news I guess Smile

He will be able to see what pages you are currently on from his iPhone if you are linked. On safari on your phone, if you touch the double squares at the bottom right, it brings up the pages you have open, if you scroll up you can see what pages you have open on safari on the iPad, you can click the page on your phone to open and read it.
