You can buy a 2 bed for that around here. Some even have original Victorian fireplaces and mouldings/ceiling rose type stuff (most have been cackhandedly destroyed by plebs in the 1980s modernised though.)

Is it a table? I assumed it was a bench.

It's a dinky little flat alright but the photos are beyond ridiculous. In my head it's even smaller than it probably is because of all the distortion.

Springwel isn't a bad little area but it's hemmed in by some horrible estates.

Why would you put a huge L shaped sofa, and a dark one at that, in a room that tiny?!
At least it's not a poetic listing, we have a failed writer for an estate agent locally. I'm half tempted to put our house on with him when we sell later in the year just to see what he puts
