The person who furnished the living room is in denial about its size... why do people do that? You need to use the space wisely!

Garden has potential though...

You can buy a 2 bed for that around here. Some even have original Victorian fireplaces and mouldings/ceiling rose type stuff (most have been cackhandedly destroyed by plebs in the 1980s modernised though.)

It's a dinky little flat alright but the photos are beyond ridiculous. In my head it's even smaller than it probably is because of all the distortion.

Springwel isn't a bad little area but it's hemmed in by some horrible estates.

Why would you put a huge L shaped sofa, and a dark one at that, in a room that tiny?!
At least it's not a poetic listing, we have a failed writer for an estate agent locally. I'm half tempted to put our house on with him when we sell later in the year just to see what he puts Grin
