Just seen a video of groups of protesters in America attempting to block traffic and getting really pissed off when the cars don't slow down and they/their pals get hurt. This must truly be surivival of the fittest and its finest!

Trump protesters

Arguing with an idiot is like playing chess with a pidgeon. It'll just knock over all the pieces, shit on the board, and strut about like it's won anyway.
Much like trying to have a reasonable conversation with CodyAndTheCups.

NarkyMcDinkyChops · 31/01/2017 13:06

when you have people deciding who should and shouldn't be run over based on what YOU think that isn't a democracy

As far as I know I'm not president of anything, and my opinion is irrelevant to democracy.
If you can tell me how my opinion influences democracy in anyway, that'd be cool.

SansComic · 31/01/2017 13:14

Don't fall for it mummymiester!

NarkyMcDinkyChops · 31/01/2017 13:27

Go on, try. It's not by voting, since I am not american and can't influence THEIR democracy in that way. And I'm not British, so I can't influence that one.

Do tell me how my opinion that Trump should be repeatedly run over by a very large car can influence anything. I'm agog.

RortyCrankle · 31/01/2017 14:02

Well they are obviously idiots with a collective brain cell total of about 3. Standing in front of a moving car = injury or death - their choice obviously. You can't argue with stupid.

mummymeister · 31/01/2017 14:07

Thanks sanscomic bit too busy with work today to help Narky with their politics essay so I will indeed leave it.

NarkyMcDinkyChops · 31/01/2017 14:08

You'll leave it because you can;t answer how a thought in one persons mind affects global democracy.
You know why you can't, don't you?

mummymeister · 31/01/2017 14:24

Nope. still not biting Narky. you will have to do better than that.

CodyAndTheCups · 31/01/2017 16:39

Exactly rorty, stand in front of moving traffic and quite frankly you deserve to get hit

What utter dicks. Look forward to seeing you test your driving theories in a U.K. Court. You'll give everyone a laugh - especially the judge when he bangs you up

NarkyMcDinkyChops · 31/01/2017 20:19

I know you won't bite, you don't have any answer!

ilovesooty · 31/01/2017 20:24

Perhaps that suffragette who ran onto the racecourse deserved to be killed as well...

NarkyMcDinkyChops · 31/01/2017 20:26

An awful lot of people did say so at that time. Sad

Foxysoxy01 · 31/01/2017 20:27

Sooty,
Well of course she did! Bloody stupid idiot to run in front of moving horses just for her beliefs. (Obviously that's sarcasm for the benefit of the OP)
FFS!

Livelovebehappy · 31/01/2017 20:40

I don't care if people want to protest. But what I do hate is when people do it with no consideration for others who just want to get on with their lives and get to where they need to. I had to drive through my city last night, on my way home from work, but encountered a few hundred anti-Trump protesters. Obviously they have every right to peacefully protest, but I just wanted to get home after a manic day at work, to have tea, spend a bit of family time, wind down with a glass (bottle!) of wine, but instead I was in gridlocked traffic for over an hour. Protest as much as you want, but have some consideration for others.
