I've just read this BBC news piece about a man who has been convicted in California of practising medicine without a licence and is likely to go to jail now. Good. He has been charging terminally ill cancer patients obscene sums of money for his so called alkaline therapy, which consisted largely of injecting them with baking soda. None of them survived. This kind of thing makes me so angry. How can he sleep at night, preying on the vulnerable?
